These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of games developed by Hashbang, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using any of our games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our games.

1. License to Use the Games:

Subject to these Terms, Hashbang, Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our games for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, distribute, transmit, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any part of the games.

2. Age Restriction:

You must be at least 18 years old to use our games. If you are under 18 years old, you may only use the games under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Content:

You may have the ability to create, upload, share, and interact with user-generated content within our games. By submitting user-generated content, you grant Hashbang, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the user-generated content in connection with the operation of the games and our business.

You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Prohibited Conduct:

You agree not to:

Use the games for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the games.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the games or their related systems or networks.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the games or attempt to derive their source code.
Use the games in a manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the games' functionality.

5. Intellectual Property:

The games, including their graphics, designs, artwork, and all related content, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Hashbang, Inc.

6. Termination:

Hashbang, Inc. reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the games at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hashbang, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the games.

8. Changes to Terms:

Hashbang, Inc. reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the games after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
